N.P.P Security Services' highly trained emergency response team will always respond quickly to any alarm call out. This gives you complete peace of mind knowing that your premises are secure and not at risk.

When our control centre receives a call, our controllers despatch the emergency response team to our client's premises. The team arrive on site and assess the situation. If there has been an intruder or attempted break-in, our team will manage the situation by:

• Notifying the Police
• Arranging boarding up
• Organising for static security if the premises cannot be made secure
• Resetting the alarm/arranging for an engineer to visit if there is a fault.

With each call out, our emergency response team will issue a report for your records.
