Our staff are our greatest asset and as such NPP invests both time and money in ensuring our staff are well trained and capable.

NPP's personnel vetting and selection procedures already exceed those stipulated by the Security Industry Authority (S.I.A.) licensing requirements.

Our employees hold SIA licenses. This means they are aged 18 years old or over, have passed an identity and criminal record check and achieved the appropriate SIA approved training qualification relevant to their role.
